Can students see the AI feedback before I do?
Only if you turn on formative mode for that activity. By default, AI grades are drafts visible to you alone until you release them.
Which question types are auto-graded?
Objective types are scored instantly. Essays, SAQs, DBQs, LEQs, course-specific FRQs, code, drawings, and audio responses are scored by AI against their rubric and queued for your review.
Does AI grading count against my usage allowance?
