LMS integration

Works inside Canvas, Schoology, Blackboard, and Moodle.

Studiorum is an LTI 1.3 tool. With a school-wide license, Studiorum integrates with your LMS. Teachers place activities from inside a connected LMS, students launch with single sign-on, and grades post back to the LMS gradebook automatically.

What LTI 1.3 gives you

Deep linking, SSO, roster sync, grade passback.

Deep linking

Teachers pick an activity from inside the LMS assignment picker. Each placement becomes a gradebook column.

Single sign-on

Students and teachers launch from the LMS with no separate password. Roles carry over from the course.

Roster sync

Names, roles, and student IDs arrive from the LMS through Names and Role Provisioning, so classes are populated before the first launch.

Grade passback

Released scores post to the LMS gradebook through the Assignment and Grade Services. Regrades update the column.

FAQ

Integration questions

Does it work with Google Classroom?

Google Classroom is not an LTI platform. Teachers using Classroom post the activity link instead.

Can tests run embedded in the LMS?

Yes. Activities open in the LMS iframe. Monitored tests that require a lockdown environment open in their own tab, since iframes cannot enforce lockdown.

Who sets this up?

An LMS administrator registers the tool for the institution as part of an institution-based contract. After setup, individual teachers place activities without any further configuration.

Is there a per-platform guide?

Yes. Setup guides for each platform are included with institutional onboarding and integration support is part of an institutional license. Email sales@studiorum.io to get started.
